270 MW Sapphire Wind Farm (Under construction, Now!)

Sapphire Wind Farm is located in northern NSW, approximately 20 km west of Glen Innes and 100 km north of Armidale. The project reached financial close on 9th December 2016 with construction to commence in January 2017. Once built, Sapphire Wind Farm will be the largest wind farm in NSW and accommodate 75 wind turbines up to a 200 m tip height. CWP Renewables, through its asset management division, is continuing to work closely with the local community and key stakeholders in the lead up to construction commencing.

135 MW Crudine Ridge Wind Farm

Crudine Ridge Wind Farm is located in central-west NSW, approximately 45 km south of Mudgee and 45 km north of Bathurst. The project achieved State approval in May 2016 with Commonwealth approval expected in July 2016. CWP Renewables is working closely with the local community and key stakeholders to progress the project towards Financial Close by the first quarter of 2017.

280 MW Bango Wind Farm

Bango Wind Farm is located in south-eastern NSW, approximately 20 km north of Yass and 80 km west of Goulburn. The project Environmental Impact Assessment is complete and expected to be on public exhibition in July 2016. CWP Renewables is currently progressing the project in partnership with the community and relevant stakeholders, with determination expected by mid-2017.

500 MW Uungula Wind Farm

Uungula Wind Farm is located in central-west NSW, approximately 14 km east of Wellington and 20 km north-west of Mudgee. The project Environmental Impact Assessment is well advanced and expected to be on public exhibition in late 2016. CWP Renewables is currently progressing the project in partnership with the community and relevant stakeholders, with determination expected by late 2017.
